What do I get for free?
A fully designed, working mockup of your website. Not a rough sketch - a real site you can view on your phone. We write all the content and handle the design. You see exactly what you are getting before you spend a penny.
How does the 7-day guarantee work?
Once you have approved the mockup and paid your 50% deposit, we commit to a go-live date within 7 working days. If we miss it for any reason on our side, your entire build fee is refunded and you keep the site. If you are not happy 30 days after go-live, we refund everything and you keep your domain.
What do the plans include?
Standard is £1,499 one-off and covers a custom-designed website of up to 5 pages, your own domain, hosting, security, lead alerts, unlimited changes, and email support. Pro is £3,499 one-off and is for bigger sites with up to 12 pages, same-day priority on changes, Google Business Profile setup, monthly performance reports, and WhatsApp support. Your first year of hosting and changes is included. After that it is £299 a year on Standard or £599 a year on Pro. Blog content is an optional add-on from £99 per month. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. 50% deposit to start the build, 50% on go-live. We send you an invoice each time. No card details, no subscriptions, no direct debits.
What counts as a change?
Anything on your existing pages - updating text, swapping photos, changing contact details, adding a testimonial, tweaking prices, and similar. Adding entirely new pages or new features beyond your plan may need a small add-on fee, which we will always agree with you first.
What happens after the first year?
We will be in touch before your renewal. If you want to continue, you pay the annual hosting and changes fee (£299 on Standard or £599 on Pro, ex VAT) by bank transfer. If you don't want to continue, the site goes offline. Your domain stays yours and we will help you transfer it.

Do I need to write the text and take photos?
No. We work with whatever you have. A few photos and some basic information is plenty. We write all the content and design everything. Starting from scratch is fine too.
